4. We sell your home, you keep the upside
Tuscana Properties prepares and lists your past home, all while you enjoy your new home. When we sell your past home for over the guaranteed price, you keep the upside less selling costs and program fees.
When you use a Tuscana Properties Partner Home Loan for your new purchase, the Trade-In fee is 1.0% for the first 30 days the partner owns the property, and 0.5% for every 30 days thereafter. If you do not use Tuscana Properties Partner Home Loan on your new purchase, the Trade-In fee is 3.0% for the first 30 days the partner owns the property, and 0.5% for every 30 days thereafter. The Trade-In fee is calculated off of the final selling price of your current home.
